Hi there. What kind of back problem do you have? I had a herniated disk - L5-S1 to be exact. It all started about 4 years ago, in November of 2002. I was diagnosed with a bulging disk. But the pain went away pretty quickly. So I thought my normal exercise routine would do the trick, and prevent me from having any more back trouble. Boy was I wrong! How Bad Is Your Back Pain?If it's real bad, I know what you're going through. Because on January 8, 2007 I sneezed. Just your ordinary, every-day sneeze. It happened in the morning while I was getting ready for work. Happens all the time, right? You sneeze, and go on with your day. Well, not this time ... Have You Ever Felt Pain SO Strong That It Feels Like A

I looked into them all:
And none was a great option. Especially the idea of a shot in my spine - or worse yet, surgery! Yuccckkk! I get all shaky just thinking about those procedures!
And I did spend some time working with two terrific chiropractors, who did everything they could to help me avoid surgery (which by the way, is no guarantee of success - so if you're considering surgery, read these articles first, you may possibly heal without surgery):
But even without surgery, and with decent medical insurance, those "$30 bucks a pop" co-pays add up quickly!
It's not just about getting rid of the pain. It's about finding the cause - the REAL cause of your problem. Then fixing the problem that created the pain in the first place.
I know, this sounds obvious. But did you know that most back problems are caused by muscle imbalances?
I didn't. And I've been working out since I was 13 (I'm 43 now). In fact, all those years of working out actually helped create the muscle imbalances.
So when I found the Lose The Back Pain system, I knew I found the solution. I ordered the program. Followed it exactly. And within a few weeks, I was feeling pretty darn good! In fact, my chiropractor even said to me "Hey Kris, you're definitely ahead of the normal healing curve for a herniated disk."
For me, DEFINITELY!
In fact, for me it paid for itself in less than a week. I spent over $400 on chiropractic visits - they certainly helped a lot, but I couldn't afford to continue paying that much. I needed to find a way to fix my back problems on my own.
So I searched online - and basically found very little GOOD information on fixing back problems.
This program was developed by a Certified Fitness Trainer and a Certified Massage Therapist - and they have a Chiropractor, Physical Therapist, and Athletic Trainer on their advisory board. So they have the credentials, and obviously know what they are doing. (I was serious about NOT buying a program written by some guy working out of his basement, so this program fit my needs perfectly).
So, was it worth the cost to me? Without a doubt!

I wish you all the best,

P.S. If you have any questions about how the program has helped me, feel free to send me an email, and I'll be glad to share my experiences with you.
