GOT BACK PAIN?
I know exactly how you feel! Here are the steps I followed to fix my back problems WITHOUT surgery or drugs!
Dealing with back pain? I definitely know what that feels like!
I blew out my back - a herniated disk to be exact - a few years ago - it caused pain in my back, numbness down my legs and into my foot. And led to many days feeling down in the dumps wondering how I would ever get back to normal.
I knew I needed help. But I definitely did NOT want surgery. And I certainly did NOT want to take lots of drugs.
So I did a lot of research, tried everything I could find, and came up with a solution. Sorry, it wasn't some "miracle cure" that got rid of all my back problems overnight. But it did work (here's my story if you want to learn more). And before long I was back to working out, running, and doing normal things in life without any pain or numbness.

Here's a helpful tip for fixing your back pain
If you look around for help to get rid of your back pain, you'll find lots of suggestions - some good, some not so good. I tried most of them after suffering a really painful herniated disk - chiropractic, medication, stretching, core exercises. But none of them really solved the problem. So, How Did I Do It?
Here are the steps I followed:
FIRST, I learned all about muscle imbalances.
Although I knew my body was a little "crooked" I had no idea how much they were the real cause of my back pain. I found a program that addressed these imbalance perfectly. SECOND, I learned how to manage the pain.

THIRD, I learned about the benefits of walking.
Now keep in mind that I was a runner. So the idea of walking seemed way to basic for me. Boy was I wrong!!! Walking is the best way to nourish you disks, get your muscles moving properly, and relieve a lot of stress in the process! At first, I could barely walk across the room. FOURTH, I stick with the program day after day, month after month.
I'm an active person so I use the stretches and exercises from Lose The Back Pain nearly every day. And I take a few walks nearly every day, too. When I stray from the plan, I get into trouble. I've had a few setbacks in the years since I started, and EVERY one was due to my not following these steps carefully. FIFTH, the benefits of inversion tables.
This is a tip I haven't used, but I hear so many good things about inversion tables that I thought I would share it anyway.
Why didn't I use an inversion table? Because by the time I learned about their benefits, I was already on the way to recovery. And I didn't want to try something different at that point. So, What Treatments Have You Looked Into?
I looked into them all. And none was a great option for me. Especially the idea of a shot in my spine - or worse yet, surgery! Yuccckkk! I get all shaky just thinking about those procedures!
- pain medications
- chiropractic
- orthopedics
- physical therapy
- epidural shots
- acupuncture
- even surgery!
And I did spend some time working with two terrific chiropractors, who did everything they could to help me avoid surgery (which by the way, is no guarantee of success).
But even without surgery, and with decent medical insurance, those "$30 bucks a pop" co-pays for chiropractic visits add up quickly! So I needed a program that I could do on my own. And I would recommend this program to anyone!
