Here's the first "back fix" tip I learned - and the most important one! Last January, as I was getting ready to go to work one day, I sneezed - just your average ordinary sneeze - but one that felt like a thousand bolts of electricity flying though my body! Never could I have imagined that a sneeze would destroy a disk in my lower back (a herniated L5-S1 disk, to be exact). A few days later, after the initial shock and depression started to wear off, I started searching the Internet to look for some basic exercises or stretches I could do once the pain subsided and I started feeling better. I found one program that made the case that most back problems are caused by muscle imbalances. Well, that couldn't be me, I thought. I've been exercising for years, and was in pretty good shape. So this couldn't have been the cause of my back issues, could it? I also wondered ... Is it even possible to fix your back problems

Boy, was I wrong!
Once I started going through the program, I realized I actually had some serious muscle imbalances! All those years of exercising, sitting behind a desk at work, and stretching "my way" had really taken their toll. Being in so much pain, I started slowly, and felt the program start to help a little right away.
And best of all, I'm now confident that I won't have to go through this kind of back mess ever again!
You don't need any special equipment. And you don't need any kind of fitness knowledge or experience. In fact, my fitness "knowledge" was exactly what caused all of my problems in the first place.
If only I had known about this program before the sneeze!
So, if you have any kind of back pain, read what these guys from the Healthy Back Institute have to say, and decide for yourself. For me, the program was a gift from above, and I highly recommend the Lose the Back Pain program without any hesitation!
Need proof this works? Here's my timetable for healing (keep in mind I was in agony for days from a seriously herniated disk, with back pain, leg tingling, & foot numbness - so I REALLY needed some help!):
