Here's the second "back fix" tip I learned while recovering from a herniated disk. I've never been a big fan of prescription drugs or surgery. So when I "blew out" my disk, I knew I'd need to find a real good alternative in order to avoid "going under the knife". Fortunately, my disk problem was not severe enough (by just a little bit) to require surgery. So I decided to do whatever I could to help my back recover without prescription drugs or surgery. But I needed something to help the disk itself to heal. As I said above, I've never been a fan of prescription drugs - although I did visit my family doctor and got a strong pain reliever and anti-inflammatory (just to help at the beginning).
